In accordance with § 34 paragraph 1 subparagraph 3 included in the Decree of Finance Minister of 19th October 2005 regarding the Current and Periodical Information handed over by the Issuers of Securities (Journal of laws 2005, No 209 Item 1744 including further amendments) The Management of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. (“Company”) inform that today they obtained the Announcement from Operating Department of the Zarząd Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (National Securities Deposit Management) dated 31st May 2007 informing that 51.250.000 ordinary bearer shares Series A issued by the Company with the value of 0,20PLN each provided with code PLJWC0000019 and 3.448.280 rights to ordinary bearer shares Series B issued by the Company provided with code PLJWC0000027 have been registered by the National Securities Deposit on the basis of the Resolution No 360/07 adopted by the Zarząd Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (National Securities Deposit Management) on 17th May 2007.
