Acting on the basis of § 34 paragraph 1 subparagraph 2 included in the Decree of Finance Minister of 19th October 2005 regarding the Current and Periodical Information handed over by the Issuers of Securities (Journal of laws 2005, No 209 Item 1744 including further amendments) J.W. Construction Holding S.A. (“Company”) and herewith inform that according to the Resolution No 352/2007 adopted by the Management of GPW in Warsaw S.A. on 31st May 2007, the Management of GPW in Warsaw S.A. decided to admit to the trading on basic market: (i) 51.250.000 ordinary bearer shares Series A issued by the Company with the value of 0,20PLN each; (ii) 3.448.280 ordinary bearer shares Series B issued by the Company with the value of 0,20PLN each (provided that the Company capital stock increase resulting from the emission of that series will be registered) and (iii) 3.448.280 rights to ordinary bearer shares Series B issued by the Company.
