Content of the report:

The Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ('Issuer') hereby informs:

1) The number of development agreements entered into by the companies of Issuer’s Capital Group in Q2 of 2021, preliminary sales agreements (i.e. those regarding finished investments, contracts with entities other than individual clients, and business premises), and paid reservations was 189.

2) The estimated number of units to be recognised in the revenues of the Issuer's Capital Group for the second quarter of 2021 is approx. 100, which stems from the schedules of the investments underway.

In Q2 of 2020:

1) The number of development agreements entered into by the companies of Issuer’s Capital Group in Q2 of 2020, preliminary sales agreements (i.e. those regarding finished investments, contracts with entities other than individual clients, and business premises), and paid reservations was 130.

2) Number of units recognised in the revenue of the Issuer’s Capital Group for Q2 of 2020 was 22.
