Content of the report:

The Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that today, i.e. 2 July 2021 the Company filed a request to the Financial Supervision Authority for permission to withdraw the Company's shares from trading on the regulated market.

The request was submitted in order to execute Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of 30 June 2021 on the withdrawal of the Company's shares (ISIN PLJWC0000019) from trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
