Pursuant to § 19 section 1 item 8 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 2018 item 757), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. ("Company") submits the text of resolution put to a vote at the Ordinary General Meeting on 30 June 2021, which was not adopted.
