The Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") informs that on 2 June 2021, the Company received from Mr. Józef Wojciechowski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a notification on transactions on the Company's bonds concluded on 1 June 2021, referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.
