The Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") informs that on 30 April 2021 the Company received from Mr. Józef Wojciechowski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a notification on transactions on the Company's shares concluded on 27 April 2021, referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation. The content of the notification is provided by the Company in the attached document.
