Acting pursuant to § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a non-member state may be recognised as equivalent (Journal of Laws 2018.757) ("Regulation"), the Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") informs about the change of the date of publication of the Extended Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q1 2021 to 31 May 2021. The original date of publication of this report, given in current report no. 7/2021 of 29th January 2021 was set at 26 May 2021.
