Content of the report:

Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") in reference to information provided on 26th January 2021 in current report 6/2021 on signing a Letter of Intent with Robyg S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw regarding the determination of the preliminary conditions of the sale of real estate being the property of the Company located in Warsaw at 10 Antoniewska Street, constituting plot no. 16/1 in the precinct 1-05-07 with the area of 1.5763 ha ("Real Estate") informs that today, i.e. 23 February 2021, the Company received a statement from Robyg S.A. on the satisfactory outcome of the due diligence and an indication that Robyg 19 Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw will be acquiring the Real Estate.

As a result, the Parties shall proceed to prepare the documents for the sale of the Real Estate.
