Subject: Revision of the interim report for the first half of 2020.

Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

Content of the report:

The Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company"), pursuant to §15 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on the current and periodic information provided by the issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the regulations of a non-Member State ("Regulation”), in connection with the received recommendation of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, hereby informs that it has made a revision of the interim consolidated report for the first half of 2020. The revision concerns an additional impairment charge for shares in subsidiaries in the amount of PLN 6,950,316.49 and a charge for loans granted to subsidiaries in the amount of PLN 3,601,081.08. These write-offs were included in the financial statement as of 30 June 2020 and should be included in the statement as of 31 December 2019, as recommended by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

The Management Board of the Company submits the attached documents:

1) Revised Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the 6 months of 2020;

2) Revised Management Board's report on the activities of the Company's Capital Group for the first half of 2020;

3) Independent auditor's report on the review of the revised consolidated interim financial statements of the Company's Capital Group for the period of 6 months of 2020 with respect to the revised statements.

4) Independent auditor's report on the review of the Company's revised interim financial statements for the period of 6 months of 2020 with respect to the revised statements.

The following have been revised in the Consolidated Financial Statements:

1) Selected financial data concerning the Company's unconsolidated financial statement, the detailed list of changes in the revisions made to it is included in the List of Revised Financial Data, containing data before the revisions, indication of the revisions and data after revisions, attached to this report.

2) Events after the balance sheet date contained in note 35 by supplementing it with events that took place in the period from 27 August 2020 to 19 November 2020, i.e. in the period from the date of preparation of the original report to the date of submission of the revised report, included following the auditor's request.

The following have been revised in the Management Board's report on the activities of the Company's Capital Group:

1) Selected financial data presented in point 4 in the scope resulting from the adjustment of financial data concerning non-consolidated results of the Company.

2) Events after the balance sheet date contained in point 8 by supplementing it with events that took place in the period from 27 August 2020 to 19 November 2020, i.e. in the period from the date of preparation of the original report to the date of submission of the revised report, included following the auditor's request.

3) Description of significant risk factors and hazards from point 9 regarding the description of risks due to the COVID-19 epidemic updated as of the current date, as required by the auditor.
