Subject: Correction of an obvious clerical mistake in the report of 3 November 2020 on the appointment to the Supervisory Board
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

Content of the report:

Due to an obvious clerical mistake noticed in the content of current report /2020 of 3 November 2020, the Management Board of the Company provides the corrected content of the said report.

The mistake was giving the wrong first name of Mr. Krupa, which in the content of said report was mistakenly typed as "Krzysztof" and should have been "Kazimierz". The following is the revised content of the report.

Acting pursuant to § 5 point 5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 2018, item 757), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. ("Company") informs that on 3 November 2020, Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders appointed Mr. Kazimierz Krupa to the Supervisory Board of the Company for a joint term of office.

The Management Board of the Company, hereby submits the curriculum vitae of Mr Kazimierz Krupa as an attachment to this report. Kazimierz Krupa is a Managing Director and a partner in Drawbridge Limited Partnership, as well as the President of the Management Board and a partner in Drawbridge Media sp. z o.o., whose activity is not competitive to that of the Company. Kazimierz Krupa is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register".
