Pursuant to §5(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 2018, item 757), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. ("Company") informs that on 3 November 2020, Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders adopted a resolution to dismiss Marek Maruszyński from the Supervisory Board of the Company.
