The Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") informs that on 16 September 2020 the Company received from Mr. Józef Wojciechowski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a notification on transaction on the Company's shares concluded on 11 September 2020, referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation. The content of the notification is provided by the Company in the attached document.
