Subject: Appointment of the Supervisory Board

Content of the report:

Acting pursuant to § 5 point 5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29.03.2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws No. 2018 item 757), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. ("Company") informs that on 21 July 2020:

1) The Ordinary General Meeting appointed: Ryszard Matkowski (as an independent member), Marek Maruszyński (as an independent member) and Małgorzata Szwarc-Sroka to the Supervisory Board of the Company for the next joint term.

2) The Company received statements on the exercise of personal rights vested in a shareholder holding more than 50 % of the Company's shares on appointment of Mr. Józef Wojciechowski as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Ms. Barbara Czyż and Ms. Irmina Łopuszyńska as members of the Supervisory Board of the Company for the next joint term.

The Management Board of the Company, as an attachment to this report, provides the CVs of all appointed Members of the Supervisory Board and declares that none of them conducts any professional activities that would be competitive to the Company's business, participates in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or participates in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body. Moreover, no Member of the Supervisory Board is entered in the register of insolvent debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
