The Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki "Company" with reference to the information provided in current report 21/2020 of 24 February 2020 and updated by current report 29/2020 of 20 April 2020 concerning signing a letter of intent with Polish Hospitality Group Luxury Hotels Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cracow, concerning determining preliminary conditions of sale of the developed real estate located in Cracow at 19-21 Wielopole and 86-90 Dietla Streets ("Letter"), informs that Polish Hospitality Group Luxury Hotels Sp. z o.o. has not initiated any specific actions with respect to the Company aimed at determining the conditions of sale of the above mentioned real estate until 8 June 2020. The Letter has expired.
