The Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company"), with reference to the information provided in current report 24/2019 of 26 July 2019, informs that today it has adopted a resolution to finalize the buy-back of own shares conducted through Dom Maklerski Bank Ochrony Środowiska S. A. with its registered office in Warsaw under a programme compliant with the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and European Council on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and European Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Journal of Laws of EU L.2014 /173.1) ("MAR Regulation").
