Pursuant to § 5 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 2018, item 757), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. ("Company") informs that on 4 May 2020, all the necessary documents required to change the redemption date of the JWX0116 series bonds issued pursuant to the Resolution of the Management Board of the Company of 24 April 2013 were signed. The redemption date of JWX0116 series bonds was agreed with the Bondholder and set for 25 November 2022.
