Subject: Signing an annex to the letter of intent on the sale of the Company's real estate

The Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki "Company" with reference to the information provided in Current Report 21/2020 of 24 February 2020 on signing a letter of intent with Polish Hospitality Group Luxury Hotels Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków ("PHGLH"), the subject of which was to establish preliminary conditions of sale of developed real estate located in Kraków at 19-21 Wielopole St., 86-90 Dietla ("Real Estate"), informs that today, i.e. 20 April 2020, it signed an Annex based on which the deadline for PHGLH to carry out an analysis of the Real Estate was extended to 105 days, after which PHGLH will inform the Company about a possible interest in purchasing the Real Estate.
