Acting pursuant to § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws 2018.757) ("Regulation"), the Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") informs about the change of the date of publication of the unconsolidated and consolidated annual report for 2019 to 16 March 2020. The original date of publication of these reports, given in current report no. 9/2020 of 24 January 2020, was set at 19 March 2020.
