Subject: Notification of transactions on the Company's shares

Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") informs that on 4 February 2020, the Company received from Mr. Józef Wojciechowski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a notification on transactions in the Company's referred to in art. 19 (1) of the MAR Regulation.
