Subject: Notification of transactions on the Company's shares

Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") informs that on 31 January 2020, the Company received from Mr. Józef Wojciechowski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a notification on transactions in the Company's referred to in art. 19 (1) of the MAR Regulation.
