Pursuant to § 5 point 5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent (Journal of Laws No. 2018, item 757), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. ("Company") informs that on 21 November 2019 The Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Mr. Piotr Suprynowicz, acting as a project manager, as a member of the Management Board of the 4th joint term of office. A description of Mr Piotr Suprynowicz's education, qualifications and previous positions, together with a description of his professional career, can be found in the CV attached to this report. Mr Piotr Suprynowicz is a member of the Management Board of two companies within the Capital Group of the Company: Hanza Invest S.A. with registerred office in Ząbki and Dana Invest Sp. z o.o. with registerred office in Ząbki, does not conduct any business outside the Company's Capital Group, is not a partner in a competitive civil law partnership or partnership, is not a member of the body of other competitive capital companies, and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the National Court Register.
