Subject: Notification of transactions on the Company's shares

Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") informs that on 16 October 2019, the Company received from Mr. Józef Wojciechowski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a notification on transactions in the Company's referred to in art. 19 (1) of the MAR Regulation. The content of the notification is published by the Company in the attachment.
