Subject: Supreme Court's rejection of cassation appeal

Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki " Company" informs that on 25 September 2019 the Company was informed of the Supreme Court's refusal to accept the Company's cassation appeal against the judgment of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw of June 4, 2018 filed by the Capital City of Warsaw for payment of annual fees, for the years 2009-2013, for perpetual usufruct of plots of land No. 2/6 from the area of 6-07-01 covered by the land and mortgage register No. KW WA4M/00413015/1, located in Warsaw in the area of Górczewska street along the railway line, designated in the local land development plan for a public road. The refusal to accept a cassation appeal exhausts the court procedures in Poland. Fees connected with the aforementioned ruling were paid by the Company, the ruling made does not have any financial consequences for the Company.

The basis for the disclosure of this report is the fact that the Company informed about the ongoing proceedings in the periodic reports submitted to date.
