Pursuant to § 5 point 4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent (Journal of Laws No. 2018, item 757), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. ("Company") informs that on 19 July 2019 it received a notice from Mr Jacek Radziwilski, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, on his resignation from membership in the Supervisory Board of the Company, effective from 22 July 2019,

The resignation was submitted for personal reasons.
