Subject: Dismissal of a Management Board Member

Pursuant to § 5 section 1 item 4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 2018, item 757), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. ("Company") informs that on 29 April 2019 it received statements on the exercise of personal rights vested in a shareholder holding more than 50% of the Company's shares on the dismissal of Mr Piotr Suprynowicz from the Management Board of the Company as of 30 April 2019.

The reasons for the dismissal have not been stated.
