Subject: Notification of transactions on the Company's shares

The Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") informs that on 26 April 2019 the Company received from Mr. Józef Wojciechowski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a notification on transactions on the Company's shares concluded on 26 April 2019, referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.
