Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic Information

Subject of the report: change of the date of publication of selected periodic reports published in 2019.

 Pursuant to § 80 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognised as being equivalent to information required by the applicable laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws 2018.757) ("Regulation"), the Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki ("Company") informs about a change in the date of publishing of the following reports:

I) unitary and consolidated annual report for 2018 as at 21 March 2019. The original date of publication of this report, specified in Current report 2/2019 of 31 January 2019, was set at 14 March 2019.

II) extended consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2019 as at 30 May 2/2019 of 31 January 2019, was set at 15 May 2019.
