Subject of the report: Resignation of a member of the Management Board

Pursuant to §5(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 2018, item 757), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. ("Company") informs that on 27 December 2018, it received a statement from Mrs. Magdalena Starzyńska - a Member of the Management Board of the Company, on her resignation from membership in the Management Board of the Company as of 31 December 2018. 

The resignation was submitted for personal reasons.
