Subject of the report: Appointment of a new member of the Management Board 

Pursuant to § 5 item 5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29/03/2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 2018, item. 757), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. ("Company") informs that on September 6, 2018, it received statements on the exercise of the personal right of a shareholder holding more than 50% of the Company's shares with regard to the appointment (as of September 6, 2018) of Ms. Małgorzata Pisarek, acting as the chief accountant, to the Management Board of the 4th joint term of office. The description of Ms. Małgorzata Pisarek’s education, qualifications, and previously occupied positions together with the description of her professional career is included in the CV attached to this communication. Ms. Małgorzata Pisarek does not conduct any other activities outside the Company, she is not a partner in a competitive civil or personal partnership, she is also not a member of the body of other competing capital companies and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on the basis of the National Court Register.
