The Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its business seat in Ząbki(hereinafter known as the "Company") hereby informs that on June 5, 2018 the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Mazars Audyt Spółka Sp. z o.o.with its business seat in Warsaw as an entity entitled to: auditing an annual unitary and consolidated financial statement of the Company for the years2018 and 2019, as well as the review of a unitary and consolidated interim financial statement of the Company for the years 2018 and 2019. The Auditor is entered on the list of entities entitled to auditing financial reports maintainedby the National Council of Certified Auditors under the number 186. The appointment was made in accordance with the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the applicable law and the professional norms.
