Subject: Signing a land purchase contract.

Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of the MAR - confidential information

With reference to the information provided on June 13, 2017 in a current report no. 22/2017, the Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A.

with its business seat in Ząbki (hereinafter known as the Company) hereby informs that on June 6, 2018a contract for the purchase of land with a perpetual usufruct right thereto as well as an ownership title to the buildings located thereon in Gdansk at 67 Starowiejska street. The contract regards a perpetual usufruct right to the real estate consisting of the plots with a total area of 0,8450 ha for which a land register no. GD1G/00043057/0 and a 806/1000 share in the real estate's perpetual usufruct right consisting of the plots with the total area of 0,1543 ha for which a land register no. GD1G/000129198/7 (hereinafter known as the "real estate") is kept.

The price for the Real Estate was fixed at the net sum of PLN 20,500,000 + VAT tax. 

On the purchased land, the Company plans to developa residential project with approx. 530 units.

The basis for providing this report is the significance of the event with regard to the type of business activitycarried out by the Company.
