Acting on the basis of § 5, par. 1, item 22) of the Regulation of the Minister of finance of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the terms and conditions for recognition as equivalent the information required by the laws of the country which is not a member state (Journal of Laws 2009, No. 33, item 259) (“Regulation”) J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (“the Company”) hereby reports that on 3 August 2015, the Company received statements on the exercise of the personal rights vested in the shareholder holding more than 50% of the shares in the Company with regard to the appointment - on 3 August 2015 - of Mr. Piotr Suprynowicz to the Management Board of the Company. A description of Mr Piotr Suprynowicz’s education, qualifications and former positions, together with a description of the course of his professional work, is attached to this communication as Mr. Suprynowicz’s CV. Mr Piotr Suprynowicz does not perform any other competitive activity against the Company, he is not a partner of any company or partnership, nor is he a member of the other bodies of competitive capital companies, and he is not included in the register of insolvent debtors maintained on the basis of the National Court Register. Mr. Piotr Suprynowicz is a member of the Management Board of Dana Invest sp. z o.o. seated in Ząbki.
