Report Subject: submission of a list of shareholders holding more than 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting on 25 May 2015 

Acting on the basis of art. 70, item 3 of the act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments into the organised trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws 2005, No. 183, item 1538), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (“the Company”) hereby provides a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, which took place on 25 May 2015 (the “Meeting”), together with an indication of the number of votes allotted to each of them in relation to the number of shares held, as well as an indication of their percentage participation in the number of votes at the Meeting, and in the general number of shares authorized to take part in the Meeting.
