Acting on the basis of art. 65, par. 1, item 1 of the act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments into the organised trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws 2005, No. 189, item 1538, as amended) (“Offer Act”) J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (“the Company”) provides a list of all information referred to in art. 56, par. 1 of the Offer Act, made public in 2014.

In connection with the Issuer's activity, part of the information contained in the reports listed in the attached statement may be obsolete at the date of this report.
