Acting on the basis of § 5, par. 1, item 22) of the Regulation of the Minister of finance of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the terms and conditions for recognition as equivalent the information required by the laws of the country which is not a member state (Journal of Laws 2009, No. 33, item 259) (“Regulation”) J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (“the Company”) hereby reports that:

1) 1. on 26 February 2015, the Extraordinary General Meeting appointed Ms Małgorzata Szwarc – Sroka to the Supervisory Board of the Company. A description of her education, qualifications and former positions, together with a description of the course of her professional work, is attached to this communication as her CV. Ms Małgorzata Szwarc – Sroka does not perform any other competitive activity against the Company, she is not a partner of any company or partnership, nor is she a member of the other bodies of competitive capital companies, and she is not included in the register of insolvent debtors maintained on the basis of the National Court Register. Ms Małgorzata Szwarc – Sroka sits with the managing bodies of the following companies: J.W. Energy Star S.A. with its registered office in Nowograd – as a Member of the Management Board, Bałtycka Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Ząbki – as a Member of the Management Board, Porta Transport spółka z o. o. (in liquidation) with its registered office in Szczecin – as a Member of the Supervisory Board, Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego Marki Sp. z o.o with its registered office in Warsaw – as a Member of the Supervisory Board.

2) 2. on 26 February 2015, the Company received notifications on the exercise of the personal rights enjoyed by a shareholder holding more than 50% of the Company's shares, on the appointment of Ms Irmina Łopuszyńska, on 26 February 2015, to the Company's Supervisory Board; A description of her education, qualifications and former positions, together with a description of the course of her professional work, is attached to this communication as her CV. Ms Irmina Łopuszyńska does not perform any other competitive activity against the Company, she is not a partner of any company or partnership, nor is she a member of the other bodies of competitive capital companies, and she is not included in the register of insolvent debtors maintained on the basis of the National Court Register. Ms Irmina Łopuszyńska sits with the managing bodies of the following companies: J.W. Energy Star S.A. with its registered office in Nowograd – as a Member of the Management Board, J.W. Consulting Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Ząbki – as a Member of the Management Board.

Ms Laura Michnowicz does not perform any other competitive activity against the Company, she is not a partner of any company or partnership, nor is she a member of the other bodies of competitive capital companies, and she is not included in the register of insolvent debtors maintained on the basis of the National Court Register. Ms Laura Michnowicz is a Member of the Management Board in J.W. Consulting Sp z o. o. with its registered office in Ząbki.
