Report Subject: deadlines for the transmission of interim reports in 2015
Pursuant to § 103, par. 1of the Regulation of the Minister of finance of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic information provided by Issuers and the conditions for recognition as equivalent the information required by national laws of a country which is not a member state (Journal of Laws 2009, No. 33, item 259) (“the Regulation”) J. W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (“the Company”) hereby presents dates on which period reports should be submitted in 2015:
Quarterly:
Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2015 – on 14 May 2015.
Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q3 of 2015 – on 16 November 2015.
Semi-annual
Extended consolidated report for the first half of 2015 – on 26 August 2015
Annual
Individual annual report for 2014 – on 19 March 2015
Consolidated annual report for 2014 – on 19 March 2015
The Management Board of the Company hereby informs that, in accordance with § 83, par. 1 of the Regulation, the consolidated quarterly reports of the Company will contain quarterly financial information referred to in § 87, par. 1-3, and par. 4, first sentence, and par. 8 and 9 of the Regulation.
The Management Board of the Company hereby informs that pursuant to § 102, par. 1, and § 101, par. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not submit any quarterly report for Q4 2014, and Q2 2015.
The Management Board of the Company hereby informs that, in accordance with § 83, par. 3 of the Regulation, the consolidated semi-annual report of the Company will include the consolidated semi-annual financial statement, and the semi-annual short financial statement, together with the reports of the entities authorised to audit financial statements as regards reviews of such statements, including: balance sheets, profit and loss statements, statements of changes in equity, cash flow accounts, and additional information (in the case of summary reports — a summary of additional information containing such information and data relevant for the proper assessment of the financial standing of the Company and its financial result, which was not included in the consolidated financial statement).
