Report subject: Publication of the list of shareholders entitled to more than 5% of the vote during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 14, 2018

Pursuant to Article 70 section 3 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions of Introducing Financial Investments into the Organized Trading System and public companies (Journal of Law 2018, item 512) Construction Holding S.A. with itsbusiness seat in Ząbki (hereinafter known as the Company) hereby provides the list of shareholders entitled to at least 5% of the total number of vote during the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 14, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the "General Meeting") with the specification of the number of votes that every shareholder is entitled to with the indication of their percentage participation in the vote during the General Meeting as well as in the total number of shares entitled to be represented in the General Meeting.
