Report Subject: notification of transactions in Company shares

The Management Board of the Company named J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (“the Company”) hereby informs that on 22 Dec. 2016 the Company received from EHT S.A. seated in Luxembourg – an entity related closely to a manager in the Company, i.e. Mr. Józef Wojciechowski, the Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board, a notification of a transaction in the Company’s shares, executed on 22 December 2016, as referred to in Article 19, par. 1 of the MAR Regulation. The content of the notification is attached.
