Report Subject: Preliminary information about the Q3 2016 results.

The Management Board of the Company named J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (“the Issuer”) hereby informs:

1. The number of developer contracts, preliminary sales contracts (regarding completed investments, agreements with entities other than individual customers, and service rooms), and paid reservations completed in Q3 2016 by all the companies from the Issuer’s Capital Group amounted to 438.
2. The estimated number of premises to be identified in the Issuer's Capital Group revenue for Q3 2016 amounts to 490.

As a comparison, in Q3 2015 the Issuer’s Capital Group:

1. The number of developer contracts, preliminary sales contracts (regarding completed investments, agreements with entities other than individual customers, and service rooms), and paid reservations completed in Q3 2015 by all the companies from the Issuer’s Capital Group amounted to 466.
2. The number of premises identified in the Issuer's Capital Group revenue for Q3 2015 amounted to 84.

The information submitted may differ from the final data which will be presented in the publication of the interim report for Q3 2016.
