The Management Board of the company styled J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (‘Company’), pursuant to Article 80 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the terms and conditions for introducing financial instruments to an Organised Trading System and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 1639, as amended) encloses the position on the terms contained in the call for subscription for the sale of the Company’s shares announced on 20 January 2017 by Mr Józef Wojciechowski – shareholder in the Company.
