Topic of the report: Notification of transactions on the Company’s shares

The Management Board of the company styled J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (‘Company’) reports that on 18 January 2017 the Company received from Mr Józef Wojciechowski, President of the Company’s Supervisory Board, a notice on a transaction on the Company’s shares executed on 17 January 2017 referred to in Article 19(1) of MAR. The content of the notice is submitted by the Company in the appendix.
