Pursuant to Article 103(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognised as being equivalent to information required by the applicable laws of a state that is not a member state (Journal of Laws of 2009, No 33 item 259) (“Regulation”), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (“Company”) announces the dates of submission of periodic reports in 2017:
Quarterly:
Extended consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2017 – on 17 May 2017
Extended consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2017 – on 23 November 2017
Half-year
Extended consolidated report for the first half of 2017 – on 20 September 2017
Annual
Individual annual report for 2016 – on 10 March 2017
Consolidated annual report for 2016 – on 10 March 2017
The Company’s Management Board hereby reports that pursuant to Article 83(1) of the Regulation, the Company’s consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information specified in Article 87(1) – (3) and (4) sentence 1 as well as (9) of the Regulation.
The Company’s Management Board hereby reports that pursuant to Article 101(2) of the Regulation, the Company will not submit a quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2016 and the second quarter of 2017.
The Company’s Management Board hereby reports that pursuant to Article 83(3) of the Regulation, the Company’s consolidated half-yearly report will contain the consolidated half-yearly financial statements and the half-yearly abridged financial statements, together with reports of entities authorised to audit financial statements on audits of those financial statements containing: balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, statements of changes in equity, cash flow statements and notes (in the case of the abridged financial statements – abridged notes containing the information and data that are significant for the proper evaluation of the property and financial situation of the Company and that were not included in the consolidated financial statements).
