Topic of the report: Adjustment of the Company’s published consolidated annual financial statements. 

The Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (“Company”) hereby submits the adjustment of the consolidated annual financial statements for the period between 1 January 2016 and 31 December 2016 published on 10 March 2017 (“Financial Statements”).

The adjustment concerns the data provided on page 15 of the Financial Statements (consolidated cash flow statement), the detailed information on changes is presented in the Correction to the Financial Statements appended hereto.

Herewith, the Company submits the Correction to the published Financial Statements and the Financial Statements for 2016 with the adjusted data.

The legal basis for submitting this report is Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on public offering and the terms and conditions for introducing financial instruments to an Organised Trading System and on public companies in connection with Article 6(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information (...).
