Topic of the report: Notification of transactions on the Company’s shares

The Management Board of the company styled J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its registered office in Ząbki (“Company”) reports that on 21 March 2017 the Company received from Mr Józef Wojciechowski, President of the Company’s Supervisory Board, a notification of a transaction on the Company’s shares referred to in Article 19(1) of MAR. The content of the notification is submitted by the Company in the appendix.
