Report subject: Publication of the list of shareholders entitled to more than 5% of the vote during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on Tuesday, January 16, 2018

Pursuant to Article 70 section 3 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions of Introducing Financial Instrements into

the Organized Trading System and public companies (Journal of Law of

2016, 1639 consolidated text), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its business seat in Ząbki

(hereinafter known as the "Company") hereby publishes the list of shareholders entitled

to at least 5% of the vote during the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders convened on January 16, 2018 (hereinafter known as the "General Meeting") together with the specification of the number of votes per share and the percentage participation in the general number of votes

during the General Meeting as well as in the total number of shares entitled to be represented

in the General Meeting.
