Subject: Publication of the list of shareholders entitled to more than 5% of the vote during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 28, 2018

Legal basis: Article 70 section 3 of the Act on Public Offering - List of shareholders taking part in the General Meeting of Shareholders entitled to more than 5% of the vote. Pursuant to Article 70 section3 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions of Introducing Financial Instrements into

the Organized Trading System and public companies (Journal of Law of

2016, 1639 consolidated text), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its business seat in Ząbki

(hereinafter known as the "Company) hereby publishes the list of shareholders holding 

aholding at least 5% of the general vote during the J.W. Construction Holding S.A. General Meeting of Shareholders

of the Company that took place on March 28, 2018 (hereinafter known as the General Meeting), including

the number of votes that every shareholder is entitled to with the indication of their percentage participation in the vote

during the General Meeting as well as in the total number of shares entitled to be represented

in the General Meeting.
