Pursuant to the § 38 section 1 subsection 7 of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance as of February 19, 2009 regarding the current and periodic information provided by the issuers of security papers and the conditions deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal (Journal of Law, No. 33 of 2009 items 259) (hereinafter known as theOrdinance), J.W.
