Construction Holding S.A. with its business seat in Ząbki (hereinafter known as the Company) hereby informs that , on February 16, 2018, the Company in conjunction with other subsidiaries involved in the merger adopted a resolution to repeal a merger plan adopted on December 28, 2017 that was published in a current report no. 51/2017 on December 28, 2017.
