Report subject: Appointment to the Supervisory Board

Pursuant to the § 5 section 1 subsection 22 of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance as of February 19, 2009 regarding the current and periodic information provided by the issuers of security papers and the conditions deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member country equal (Journal of Law,  No. 33 of 2009 items 259) (hereinafter known as the "Ordinance"), J.W. Construction Holding S.A. with its business seat in Ząbki (hereinafter known as the Company) hereby informs that on January 16, 2018:

1)    The Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders appointed Mr. Ryszard Matkowski to the Supervisory Board of the joint of the 4th term. The description of Mr. Ryszard Matkowski's education, his qualifications and positions occupied earlier, including current working experience

can be found in the attached CV. Mr. Ryszard Matkowski does not perform a business activity that could be seen as competion against the Company, is not a shareholder in a partnership, does not occupy any executive post in capital companies that could be seen as competion against the Company, and is not included in the List of Insolvent Debtors maintained based

on the National Court Register.

2)    The Company received a declaration regarding the excercise of a right of a shareholder holding more than 50% of the Company shares regarding the appointment of Ms. Barbara Czyż to the Supervisory Board of the 4th joint term.    The description of the education of Ms. Barbara Czyż's education, his qualifications and positions occupied earlier, including current working experience can be found in the attached CV. Ms. Barbara Czyż does not perform a business activity that could be seen as competion against the Company, is not a shareholder in a partnership, does not occupy any executive post in capital companies that could be seen as competion against the Company, and is not included in the List of Insolvent Debtors maintained based
